Description
Graphic designers create visual concepts / layouts by using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines and .posters.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials if needed.
2. Plans concept by studying information and materials.
3. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
4. Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
5. Prepares finished copy and art from vendors.
6. Prepares final layout.
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
8. Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
9. Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
10. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
11. Performs other tasks as may be assigned.
