Job Description:
PROJECT PROPOSALS
Conceptualizes attractive, creative, and effective designs for various in-store promotions, activities, store layout, interior design, display and decor.
Recommends more innovative materials used for decor.
Coordinates with Marketing, Merchandising, and other departments on the details of the activity assigned to him.
Prepares artworks for presentation and for procurement of materials.
Prepares manuals for stores to follow goods target.
PREPARATION OF MATERIALS
Sources materials based from the approved design.
Coordinates with suppliers for the specifications and quotations for each material to be used for the project.
Prepares the budget allocation/PR and approval.
Facilitates for the approval of supplier samples (color proofing, actual materials)
Accounts for all actual expenses of the project.
DELIVERY AND DISTRIBUTION TO STORES
Coordinates with the suppliers on the delivery of the materials, making sure that all the items will be on time.
Does the actual breakdown of materials per store for distribution.
Checks the actual delivery to stores, making sure that the items received are complete.
OTHERS
Visits the stores on the first week of promotion to check if the implementation is correct.
Accounts for all items after the dismantling and making recommendations what to be stored and to be disposed.
Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Required skill(s): graphic and layout design, adobe illustator, Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Draw.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Libis,Quezon City (Head Office).
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
