Business Need/Purpose of role
The Graphic Artist / Designer role position purpose is to:
Create visual images or 3D rendering of ESCO's products to be used in presentations and marketing literature.
Develop multimedia presentation, technical illustrations and computer artwork to be used as aids for learning
Create simple web design & modifications
Create Video Presentation for company's marketing collateral
The role is based in Pasig City, Manila, we also offer Hybrid working options.
The successful candidate will have proven ability to:
Manage technical timeframes and workflow of projects.
Ensure that assigned projects conform to the requirements of internal and external customers.
Develop and implement social media initiatives, which can include but is not limited to: animation (3D) development, video editing and non-traditional interactive tools
Clearly and accurately communicate project status.
Maintain project status using Microsoft SharePoint.
Create and maintain standard work for parts list, wallchart data sheets, and image rendering.
Develop relationships with key customers.
Utilize standard development processes and standard work.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement
With limited supervision, handle individual tasks and schedules as assigned by the supervisor.
About you:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphics / Multimedia, Technical Degree equivalent, or 3-5 years relevant industry experience.
Fluent in English, the position requires communication with US based employees
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
Experience with image rendering and graphic design software.
Basic Knowledge or Beginner Skill in Video Editing, Animation & Web design
Effective and frequent communication
Skilled at problem solving, project management, and organizational skills
Work independently, managing and measuring workload
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background checks.
