This exciting opportunity for Graduate Trainee/s who strong interest in gaining a step into Digital Transformation across Industry 4.0/Automation/Robotics muiltinational environment!
Successful trainees will develop and enhance the digital and automation need of each pillar of the CS Segment Smart Operations Strategy. The candidate will work the Digital Manager of Operations and will on sustaining the initiatives as well as leveraging other digital tools under Industry 4.0 and new business needs. Exposure to executive level strategy and end to end supply chain process of TE will make the trainee as the new SC Digital Excellence in the future
Job Description
Support Digital Manager on all digital initiatives plan and execution
Enhance and develop projects in support to each initiatives and pillars
Standardize and align KPI required to optimized business value
Study in full details the end to end Supply Chain processes, flow and system and come up with a "blueprint" for Supply Chain Digital Excellence.
Stay up to date of process and technology trend in and outside of TE
Work with Digital Analytics / SPOKE team in alignment to the overall segment strategy. The projects are just in support to the main analytics program. No overlapping.
Utilize programming skills to come up with automated processes on per Pillar business needs.
Job Requrements
Fresh graduate of any IT course, Data Engineering, Computer Engineering and Industrial Engineering
Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications and usage
Strong command and understanding of databases and advanced SQL and programming
Knowledge in Industry 4.0 is preferred
Be data savvy - basic knowledge using data and analytics tools to build business case
Knowledge in Project Management Cycle
Effective communication skills and high interpersonal
Willing to be trained and self-motivated
