Description
a. Supervise daily monitoring operation.
b. Assist the GPS Operators in daily monitoring
c. Coordinates with different department personnel for delivery information dissemination.
d. Coordinates with different GPS providers for monitoring related concerns.
e. Ensures that all monitoring devices and equipment are fully functional.
f. Attends to important concerns and issues above normal monitoring duties.
g. Sign and consolidate documents from other offices which are related to GPS operation.
h. Timely updating of security protocols based on the trends in the industries.
i. Daily checking and validation of monitoring reports.
j. Issuing of violations committed by the drivers based on given policies and protocols.
k. Represents the immediate head in scheduled meetings during his/her duty as OIC.
l. Deals with immediate concern but is not authorized to give final endorsement on crucial issues.
m. Ensures that company policies and procedures are strictly being followed within the department.
n. Evaluate and develop staff to improve their performance.
o. Submit finalize reports to superiors and other concern departments.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
