Responsibilities
Ensures the effective performance for Procurement and/or Supply Chain within the region/countries assigned and the achievement of service delivery requirements.
Manages individual performance and builds teamwork within his/her team.
Acts as business partner to Procurement Heads and/or Supply Chain Heads of Region/Country Leaders and counterparts.
Acts as first level of escalation point for operational issues
Initiates and drives continuous improvement mindset in his/her team.
Accountable for the smooth delivery of Procurement and Supply Chain processes in line with agreed service level agreements.
Review team productivity and implement concrete actions steps
Define, review, discuss and implement service level agreements for existing and new scopes.
Drive problem solving and root cause analysis discussions within the team or with stakeholders to address issues and escalations.
Willing to work in the Mid Shift (3pmm to 12mn)
Requirements
Engineering Degree or Business Degree or similar.
Relevant experience required at least 5 years of work experience in Procurement/Sourcing, Supply Chain and Procurement Planning.
At least 3 years must be in a supervisory role ideally in procurement shared services, material management
Familiarity with SAP or ERP environment is preferred.
Fluent in English.
Working exposure to SAP VCM environment or equivalent.
Relevant experience either from shared services or manufacturing industry.
Must be willing to work in Cebu city.
Willing to work in the Mid Shift (3pmm to 12mn).
