Process payments for green fees, driving range, pro shop items, rentals, and other transactions.
Ensure accurate recording of transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
Reconcile daily sales and submit reports to the Cashier Supervisor.
Customer Service & Assistance
Provide efficient and friendly service to golfers during transactions.
Assist with inquiries regarding pricing, discounts, and promotional offers.
Address basic payment concerns and escalate issues to the Cashier Supervisor if needed.
System & Compliance Management
Operate the POS and financial systems efficiently.
Follow company policies for cash handling, invoicing, and revenue reporting.
Report any discrepancies, system issues, or fraudulent activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or vocational course graduate.
Additional training in finance, accounting, or business is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in cashiering, retail, or customer service, preferably in a golf course, hotel, or resort.
Experience in handling POS systems and financial transactions is preferred.
Physically fit Requires long periods of standing
