We're currently looking for:
The Global Web Marketing SEO Manager will efficiently perform and contribute to Search Engine Optimization tasks for RingCentral International Websites (UK, France, Australia, Germany, etc.)
Responsibilities would include some of the following:
Identify and Resolve Technical SEO Issues
Have a solid knowledge of the search engine spidering, crawling, and indexing process while understanding the importance of XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and 301 redirects to those processes.
Experience working with SEO agencies, content, and translation teams to improve country-specific keyword rankings and search engine market share to grow our organic traffic and brand awareness in new markets.
Have a solid knowledge of web server functions, including common server error codes (e.g. 404).
Have a strong familiarity with the web development process, including the important points at which SEO must be considered.
Have a working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they relate to SEO.
Demonstrate understanding of how duplicate content and page load speed affect SEO by advising websites on standard methodologies for successful implementation and improvement.
Monitor, Analyze and Report on SEO Performance
Monitor websites regularly for technical crawl issues and other applicable errors using a variety of SEO tools and skills.
Analyze backlinks to websites and competitor sites to identify outdated links, 404s, incorrect redirects, or opportunities for competitive improvement.
Using a variety of tools, inspect websites for on-page, off-page and technical issues. Conduct keyword/persona Research.
Use a variety of tools, competitive research, and other methods to discover optimal keyword targets appropriate to the business needs of the websites.
Determine the persona of the ideal target for each website and align SEO strategies and tactics accordingly.
Set goals and forecasts. You'll work with the leadership team to translate company goals into departmental targets and forecasts and then work with the team to ensure we hit those numbers.
Monitor and analyze SEO key performance indicators and create reports on performance in terms of organic rankings, traffic, and leads.
Content Recommendations & Implementation
Conduct content gap analyses and develop content creation strategies/roadmaps.
Stay abreast of top trends, standard methodologies, and algorithms to continually develop and focuses on outcome in strategies
Publish content on blogs and apply SEO standard methodologies for site navigation, breadcrumbing, internal links (including anchor text optimization), and HTML sitemaps to websites.
Actual hands-on experience in handling WordPress sites and directly publishing pages and configuring plugins.
Communications
Clearly convey campaign progress, priorities, issues, concerns, new master plan ideas, etc. to coworkers and different partners from different countries.
Cross-functional collaboration with web engineers and developers to execute key SEO initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience managing search engine optimization (SEO) programs for large-scale International sites.
Experience with the technical aspects of various CMS and server configurations such as WordPress and AEM
Experience with a variety of SEO reporting tools including Ahref, SEMrush, GSC, and Pitchbox as well as crawlers such as Screaming Frog, Botify, and DeepCrawl.
A deep understanding of HTML and browser rendering and the code that is detrimental or required for optimal SEO results.
Detailed understanding of the current algorithm and ranking signals for Google and Bing. International plus.
Experience either working with an SEO agency managing multiple clients or a large, in-house SEO department is a must.
Proven ability to develop and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies based on the most up-to-date SEO tactics, including link development, inbound marketing, social media, and on-page factors.
Experience optimizing large enterprise-class websites and working across large multifunctional departments.
Exceptional analytical skills and functional expertise with measurement and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics Omniture experience preferred).
Proven ability to deliver a substantial increase in organic search engine traffic and corresponding end revenue through SEO.
Ability to drive programs and execute on a vision, together with strong interpersonal and reporting skills.
Experience with B2B or lead generation websites
Familiarity with HTML and Javascript preferred.
