Talent Acquisitions Operations Lead - Quality Monitoring
The incumbent will be part of JPMC's Talent Acquisition Operations & Onboarding team. The Talent Acquisition Operations & Onboarding team is responsible for the day to day operations of the team supporting back end work for JPMC Talent Acquisition team. The team is responsible for evaluating and establishing streamlined and consistent process across global Talent Acquisition Operations teams. Process evaluations will be done to provide improved efficiencies and improved candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience. In addition, the Operations lead will be responsible to sustain compliance based on firm guidelines and analyzing formal monitoring results to self-identify issues and corresponding global solutions. Work will be in resilient, secure and evolving environment.
The Lead will primarily be responsible to manage team leaders supporting frontlines extending support to new hires, hiring managers and recruiters. Responsibilities include change management activities involving a more robust approach for local and global recruiting/onboarding. This includes testing, case monitoring, reviewing of errors, escalations, and determining root cause. This position supports the change management agenda by implementing strategic end to end readiness.
Responsibilities
Consulting with business partners to clarify, define and document project objectives, deliverables as well as identify key stakeholders and project participants.
Driving engagement across key local and global business partners to assure compliance with established policies and standards and receipt of required approvals.
Developing and refining detailed project plans, document key milestones, owners, and target dates, highlight dependencies where appropriate - providing full transparency to the project team and stakeholders.
Developing effective and meaningful presentations as well as project update materials suitable for stakeholders, business partners and project participants regarding overall project progress and recommendations/decisions.
Identifying, documenting, organizing and managing project risks/issues through resolution and escalation as appropriate with ability to articulate effectively.
Distributing meeting summaries and list of actions, holding individuals accountable for completion.
Accountable to drive Key Performance Indicators, meeting success measures of both Servicing/Operations and Talent Acquisition.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Recruitment and Quality Monitoring background is an advantage
2yrs People management experience, directly managing staff across various levels, at a managerial capacity in a Quality-centered function required * Extensive background working in a similar fast-paced, multi-cultural firm necessary
Strong exposure in directly handling senior-level stakeholders; experience in managing global stakeholders a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
Possess a controls mindset; has the ability to interpret and apply employment laws and regulations in processes
Experience using ORC (ATS) and other recruiting platforms is preferred
Experience planning and managing networking event or projects
Superior multitasking, project management and presentation skills coupled with business acumen
Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information
Able to tell a story with data and metrics
Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
Amenable to working in BGC following core night shift schedule, can adjust according to business needs
