Information Technology tickets, send and file new hire paperwork, uploading documents in different repositories, create requisitions, request approvals, schedule interviews and 1st day orientation meetings, conduct audits, exchange emails with stakeholders to deliver results and show weekly progress, etc. You must have great organization skills, time
management, people and
communication skills to be able to successfully partner with the Talent Acquisition team to review and improve the Performance & Evaluation process.
