Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Global Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for gathering time records and calculating hours worked and pay received for each employee accurately and on time. You will be part of our HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. You will be heavily involved in helping our clients through their business journey in areas such as recruiting, training, onboarding, employee data management, compensation and benefits. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
You will be provided detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that you make that would impact your work.
You will build skills and experience in:
Payroll validation, reconciliation and analysis
Preparation and analysis of various Payroll Reports
Payroll records maintenance
Auditing timekeeping records to ensure compliance
You will be participating in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned
You will be required to help in the overall team's workload by managing your deliverables and help the team when required
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.
Your expected interactions are within your team and direct head
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
Must have at least 12 years of experience in managing start to end payroll processing
Must have at least 5 years of experience as Payroll Manager
Must have an experience in Multi-country payroll
Must have fair understanding in TAX and Pension Admin processing
Must have knowledge of pre-payroll, post-payroll transactions and reporting
