An exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Global Payroll Associate Director to join our Corporate Operations Group, to lead our Global Payroll Team. You will be a passionate and experienced people leader and demonstrate a deep understanding of global payroll functions. You will possess excellent communication skills, an ability to engage with varying levels of stakeholders, including our payroll vendors, strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you have a previous knowledge and understanding of complex payroll frameworks and practices, coupled with strong communication and influencing skills; strong analytical skills and be highly numerate with great attention to detail; being resourceful and pro-active with the ability to work as part of a collaborative global team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction. You will have a creative, solutions-focused and commercial approach whilst maintaining high standards of client service; prior experience in vendor management relating to remuneration and benefits prior experience in managing a team across multiple geographies, would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities of the role includes:
leading our team of payroll professionals;
providing strategic advice and guidance across a range of payroll activities;
managing compliance to payroll regulation and legislation;
resolving complex issues;
leading/supporting payroll related projects and change management to drive standardization, create efficiencies and deliver innovation;
evaluating and identifying issues with current processes on an ongoing basis and developing solutions to improve the governance and efficiency of payroll processes and the reduction of associated risks;
partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each payroll cycle.
