An exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Global Payroll Associate Director to join our Corporate Operations Group, to lead our Global Payroll Team. You will be a passionate and experienced people leader and demonstrate a deep understanding of global payroll functions. You will possess excellent communication skills, an ability to engage with varying levels of stakeholders, including our payroll vendors, strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.
In this role you will be:
leading our team of payroll professionals;
providing strategic advice and guidance across a range of payroll activities;
managing compliance to payroll regulation and legislation;
resolving complex issues;
leading/supporting payroll related projects and change management to drive standardization, create efficiencies and deliver innovation;
evaluating and identifying issues with current processes on an ongoing basis and developing solutions to improve the governance and efficiency of payroll processes and the reduction of associated risks;
partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each payroll cycle.
You will have a minimum of 10 years work experience in payroll and be able to work under pressure and against exacting timelines whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail. You will have previous knowledge and understanding of complex payroll frameworks and practices, coupled with;
strong communication and influencing skills;
strong analytical skills and be highly numerate with great attention to detail;
being resourceful and pro-active with the ability to work as part of a collaborative global team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction;
a creative, solutions-focused and commercial approach whilst maintaining high standards of client service;
prior experience in vendor management relating to remuneration and benefits;
prior experience in managing a team across multiple geographies, would be advantageous.
