Provides operational support for delivery of Global Mobility programs and processes across multiple countries supported by the Global Mobility CoS.
Fosters the required information flow and necessary internal and external adjustments in the processes and services as well as timely decisions.
Prepares, communicates and implements expat compensation packages in line with the applicable policies, guidelines and processes.
Builds effective relationship with the clients (markets, businesses)
What will make you successful
5+ years experience in Global Mobility either in a large corporation with progressive people practices and/or a consulting company
Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
Profound knowledge in all fields of Mobility Management including compensation, International Labor Law, Social Security, Tax and Immigration Regulations
Experience interfacing in a professional manner with top level executives. Experience in client relationship in a multicultural environment.
Experience of SAP HR or Success Factor and of a Global Mobility Management software (Assignment Pro, Polaris, KPMG Link etc.) an advantage
