A day in the life of...
Performs annual mobility compensation review
Ensures regular updates of the salary and assignment allowance
Steers and initiates all administrative procedures to review Home Based salary, bonus, LTI, allowances and package review
Master data in all systems such as SAP, case management tool is maintained at the highest possible accuracy at any point of time
Payroll admin activities: Preparing and submitting payroll instructions; Collect and upload payroll calendars for all countries to AssignmentPro. Compile shadow payroll files of all relevant costs, payments. Audit payroll runs and compare to AssignmentPro payroll instructions then trigger actions if errors caught
Global Mobility admin activities: Preparing and submitting all webforms and webform attachments; initiate global vendor services (coordinate and monitor services)
AssignmentPro maintenance: Upload Nestle exchange rates data to Apro. Collect vendor payments. Monitor SF reports. Monitor SAP data pulled into APro showing changes to assignee data.

5+ years experience in Global Mobility at Nestle
Experience in working with shared services organization to deliver high quality end-to-end HR services
Management of complex projects and stakeholders as well as significant change management
Extensive knowledge in Mobility Process and Policy
Extensive knowledge in HR System Management
Strong Analysis and Problem solving skills
Strong attention to details and Process Documentation/Management
Experience in coaching peers and training
