In this role, you will support the SEA Region (focus on Cebu) by designing and delivering tailored learning interventions and programs across the employee life cycle which will enhance skills and competencies needed to facilitate both personal and business growth in the region.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
Conducting a detailed needs analysis to understand training needs and success factors per area of the business.
Mapping the Global Leadership Competency framework & the existing Global Programs to come up with a fully validated Regional Learning Charter.
Designing & delivering tailored / adapted and NEW programs based on specific local needs for the entire region with a focus on Leadership Development & Coaching
Conduct, record and create Coaching Journeys with high potential leads, individual contributors with the region and provide meaningful collated documentation to the relevant Business Leads, Exec Members around leadership challenges, strengths.
Being the key Champion, Evangelist, and Advocate for all Global Learning & Organization Development interventions
Creating and leading customized leadership development interventions for the region under the guidance of the VP- Learning & Organization Development
Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
4 - 6+ years of L&D experience including but not limited to delivery of both online and classroom style training material
Experience with Program design / Instructional Design / E-learning design
Strong stakeholder management skills
Solid Project Management experience
Good understanding of evaluation methods / retros for continuous improvement
Experience with skills and competency frameworks
Preferred: LMS / Workday experience
Preferred: Learning Management Platforms / LinkedIn Learning experience
Preferred: experience in customer service / customer support environments
Preferred: Experience in IT / Tech companies
