How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What you need to know about this position: The My Learning Junior Specialist is responsible for performing transactional tasks within the Learning Management System and supporting the Learning Management Specialists in managing the end-to-end process for learning programs. This will ensure that all learning is made available to the right colleagues across MDLZ at the right time to support their development.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Technology or other field relevant to the role, with at least 4 years of related work.
Job specific requirements:
FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Experience of administering training using LMS. Having a practical understanding of how training programs are managed in a large, geographically dispersed organization would be preferable.
Organizational skills/time management: Superior organization and time management skills
Experience of using complex HR applications (Learning Management System preferred)
Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications
Good organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to operate effectively in a constantly changing environment and use initiative and personal resourcefulness to proactively manage contingency or 'emergency' situations
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
Superior organization and time management
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Experience of working in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment / shared service centre across many time zones
