This role will direct asset management activities over the entire lifecycle including purchase, configuration, deployment, support, and retirement of Global IT Assets at Fresenius and affiliated companies. Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and be an active part of the client services team. Ensure end users are receiving appropriate assistance by managing staff availability
Manage IT Asset Management and Client Services projects to promote the deployment and support of IT solutions globally
Involved with developing, modifying, and executing company policies within the department
Collaborate with analysts, application developers, and system owners in the testing of programs, applications, and interoperability
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot endpoint workstation hardware and software, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products
Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems, software, and clients in conjunction with end users and department managers
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
6 years related experience in IT Asset Management
3+ years of experience as a supervisor
Familiar with ITSM, Lean, Agile, and DevOps best practices.
Experienced working with ServiceNow.
Familiar with endpoint lifecycle planning.
Experienced working with and managing vendors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Very strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
*Work setup will be hybrid and during onsite days, work location will be either in Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa City or BGC, Taguig.
