Duties and Responsibilities:
Month-end close and reporting
Forecasting / Budgeting
Weekly revenue reporting
13-week Cashflow Forecasting
Balance Sheet Analysis:
WIP (work in progress)
Fixed Asset Register Schedule
Accruals Schedule
Prepaid Schedule
Intercompany / Intercompany Eliminations
Analytics:
Revenues per Client
Margin per Client / Profitability
Flux analysis
Utilization
Hours KPIs
Headcount: Joiners and Leavers
Weekly and Monthly Aging reminders
Internal Financial Audit support
Ad hoc projects/reports as needed
Requirements
Top-notch communication, leadership, social and EQ skills
Proactive, self-starter, self-managed, competent - capacity to work without supervision and under pressure
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong technical accounting skills
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word; with SAP Business One and Power Bi experience, a plus
At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
CPA or MBA preferred
M&A experience a plus
Indispensable attention to detail, accuracy, and a highly developed sense of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work well in teams collaboratively and independently and adapts well to change with a progressive outlook
