We're helping a fast-growing AI-first technology company in the automotive services industry find a highly technical, detail-oriented specialist to refine and improve their live AI voice agents.You'll play a crucial role in the post-launch phase, where the real challenge begins, by monitoring conversations, troubleshooting issues, optimizing prompts, and managing low-code automations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, thinks like an engineer, and enjoys unpacking complex issues without needing a script or SOP.Full-Time: 40 hours/week
