Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

What are we looking for
Must be a College Graduate of a 4 years or 2 years course or equivalent with 3 months Call Center Experience
(or) 2nd year College Undergraduate with 6 months Call Center Experience
With Excellent Communication Skills
