Job Description: Key Responsibilities
Handle timekeeping data and analytics.
Assist the payroll team in delivering payroll reports within the prescribed service levels.
Handle final pay and retirement releasing operations.
Manage third party vendors in the delivery of monthly retirement funding.
Responsible for the monthly, quarterly & annual BIR and DOLE regulatory reporting requirements.
Responsible for overseeing the tax update, manual payroll inputs and final pay processing of employees every payout
Review and reconcile post-payroll reports
Handle case management and employee inquiries/concerns
Initiate process enhancements, transformation, and digitization
Perform duties that are required from time to time

Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree graduate in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent
Understanding and knowledge of Finance and Taxation Processing an advantage
Minimum 4 years' experience in end-to-end PH Payroll Administration from a similar fast-paced industry (Shared Service/ BPO/ International Company) required
Extensive experience in statutory regulatory reporting requirements
Ability to deal with employees from varying organizational levels
With strong leadership skills
With effective multitasking ability, project management and stress management skills
Has strong interpersonal, written & communication skills
Advanced critical thinking, problem solving skills and meticulous attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Proactive, resourceful, analytical and willing to invest long working hours in a fast-paced environment
Can work independently with minimal supervision
