Client Details: The number 1 BPO Company in the Philippines located in Manila and Cebu City. This contact center is known to provide customer service to companies around the world. It's a multinational Irish company founded year 2009 and has an office in different countries.
Responsibilities:
Responsible in providing technical support in developing applications
Escalate developer concerns to the next level
Troubleshoot technical inquiries
Explaining the procedure on how the applications was developed
Requirements:
Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course
Fluent in both German and English
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net and other Programming Languages
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
