Job SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Will cater to German clients/customers via outbound calls.
Performs outbound calls to customers to offer software improvement products and services and up-sell the existing ones.
The team provides support to customers by recommending the best service fitted to their needs; assist the customers by advising them the best possible solutions to their concerns.
Responsible for processing the customers' orders and ensure completion.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in the German language.
Work experience in the Call Center industry is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge/ Work experience in Technical Sales is an advantage.
