JOB SUMMARY:
The Realty Services Engineer manages existing MERALCO realty properties and properties for acquisition through the conduct of field surveys, development of plans and technical descriptions, and provision of technical opinions on property documents.
Conducts geodetic and topographic surveys with the assistance of survey to locate land monuments, verify boundaries or property lines, and ascertain areas, shape and other technical data of land to be purchased or leased by the Company
Examines lot plans, deeds and other related private and public records to gather information for reference during field work
Supervises the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys
Liaises with appropriate government offices in filing lot plans, technical descriptions and other supporting papers for registration and approval; pays corresponding fees and follows-up processing for early approval of submitted plans
Assists in the development and updating of policies related to realty services management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Geodetic Engineer with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
Can liaise with internal stakeholders, and external parties such as government agencies
Has working knowledge on AutoCad and proficient in MS Office tools
Adept and familiar with current land survey software and applications
