Tasks required:
● Manage client's database and making sure they are up to date
● Onboard new customers
● Transfer customer list of the client to their new platform
● Manage SKUs, & match data with the existing scheme
● Help in basic project management and coordination
● Perform market research, if necessary
● Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
● Proven work experience as a General Virtual Assistant or relevant role is required
● Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
(GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Asana, Notion, etc.)
● Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with
limited supervision
● Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
● Prefers someone that is outdoor adventurous and is a risk-taker rather than one that
stays in the comfort zone
