My Virtual Mate is a registered Australian company that helps businesses with business process outsourcing. Our mission is to make a positive change in our partners' business, which ultimately helps them gain more profits, and grow their business with truly talented staff.
Our client is one of the biggest names in the Managed IT services space. They are a Perth-based company providing services to key sectors including Oil & Gas, Mining & Exploration, Medical, Manufacturing, Government, plus business & corporate clients.
The General Virtual Assistant will be undertaking a diverse variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
Processing sales orders
Assisting with quote preparation
Following up suppliers on orders
Updating our various databases
Undertaking research and documentation
Making bookings etc
Requirements
At least 5 years experience as a General Virtual Assistant in Sales or Marketing oriented roles
Excellent grasp of the English language, both written and spoken
Open to learning new tasks -- training will be provided for any new/unfamiliar tasks assigned
Work From Home Requirements:
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
