Sales Kiwi looking for a creative, analytical, and experienced General Virtual Assistant. As a General Virtual Assistant, you will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
You are required to have experience in fulfilling various administrative tasks٫ including but not limited to answering emails٫ scheduling meetings and data management.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Bookkeeping - Proficient in QuickBooks online
Proficient in Bill.com Management
Basecamp task management
Airbnb (vacation home rental ) message management (online) using google voice phone number via text
Turo (car rental ) message Management (online) using google voice phone number via text
VRBO (vacation home rental ) message Management (online) using google voice phone number via text
Email and Calendar Management - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (MS Outlook)
Dropbox file management
Online subscription management
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Virtual Assistant.
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Self-driven and proactive, accountability and personal organization are essential.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Proficient in Quickbooks.
Must be productive in a home office/virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection.
Must own a PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, i3, an updated OS, and stable internet connectivity at 25 Mbps
Proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and commonly used CRM systems
