Cold Calling and cold emails to potential customers
Social Media Management
Other admin tasks
Qualifications for this role include:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Virtual Assistant in a similar role, preferably with U.S.-based Clients
Experience in working in the Fashion Industry or handling a client in the industry.
Proficiency in facilitating meetings using Zoom
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be productive in a home office/virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection
Proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite,
Microsoft Office, and commonly used CRM systems
Own a PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, i3, and an updated OS
Stable internet connectivity at 25 Mbps
Be reminded of the following:
Dress as you would in an in-person job interview.
Use your desktop or laptop and refrain from using your mobile device/smartphone.
Check if your video and audio settings are functioning before your scheduled interview.
Find a quiet space in your home and ensure you have a strong internet connection.
Ensure that your background is tidy, preferably a white wall, or use a professional/office image background.
