POSITION: General Services Technician
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have at least 18 units in any college or post High School course.
Must hold a valid certificate of completion of at least a Standard First Aid Training with CPR course
Must hold a valid certificate of completion of DOLE accredited Occupational Safety etc.
With at least one (1) year related experience as General Services Staff
Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be flexible with work schedule
At least one (1) year experience as General Services Technician in a Residential or Condominium Building.
JOB PURPOSE
Ensure that all equipment amenities such as Swimming Pool, Gym Equipment, Sauna etc. of the Condominium are working properly thru checking and reporting to the Facilities Management Team for proper action.
Monitor the cleanliness and orderliness in the amenities area.
First Respond to Emergency cases in the community
Apply necessary first aid to emergency situations
Act as the Safety Officer of the Condominium
Assist residents of the condominium on proper operation of amenities equipment
