GENERAL OFFICE STAFF - Davao Assignment
 
Salary: Negotiable (base on experience)
 
Job Description:
Manage the front-desk and reception areas, serving as the first point of contact for guests and vendors
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Maintaining and organizing files
Must have general background in accounting, documentation and sales/marketing
Welcoming visitors at the office
Answering phone calls
Taking and delivering messages
Ensuring the office runs smoothly
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
Provide ad hoc support to staff members and department heads in our Cebu Office for the needed information
Do any other tasks when required by the management
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Preferably with experience in Clerical Works / Sales Personnel / Inventory Controller
Computer Literate
Dedicated, Hardworking and Flexible
Proven success in office coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office application, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
