Job Purpose:
The General Manager is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives. GM is responsible for the assigned team’s sales productivity and directs its effort in order to have the greatest overall impact on company results. The GM manages all aspects of running an efficient sales team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, disciplining, monitoring collections and accounts receivables, and motivating direct-report sales connections.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall in-charge in the business operation
Reports to the company President
Conducts a regular alignment meeting with the president and key personnel.
Ensures the growth and development of target clients.
Ensures smooth operation of various processes that contribute to the success of the company.
Formulates sales strategies, plans, and programs, and uses in-depth market knowledge through trade feedback, sound business principles, analysis of the competitive landscape, and regular consultation with the president in order to achieve company objectives.
Responsible for market development activities.
Lead the planning and implementation of clients request/sample
Do frequent market feedback on products and services, competition, and market conditions
Develop and maintain specific information relative to competitors and distributors in the market.
Generate ideas that contribute to the territory, business unit, company mission, and profitability.
Communicates/Coordinates with other Department Heads on the new leads and concerns.
Measures cost-effectiveness and find ways to reduce and manage our costs.
Monitors the receivables and collection and take immediate actions on the discrepancies and irregularities.
Knowledge and Personal Skills:
Leading and managing a team, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
Excellent communication in both verbal and written
Ability to look at situations from several points of view
Delegate responsibilities effectively
Basic accounting
Continuously and constantly developing projects
Evaluating people and their performances, executed projects without bias
Readily react to new trends, approaches, concepts, etc
