General Manager – Supply Chain
Premier Family Business Consulting is looking for a General Manager – Supply Chain for a general merchandising group of Companies. Experience in managing a chain of retail stores will be an advantage. You will be responsible (1) Inventory Management (2) Procurement (3) Sales and Distribution (4) Quality Management (5) Logistics. We are looking for someone specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain. With experienced in using Accounting systems, SAP, ERP and proficient in MS Excel.
Major Accountabilities
· Overall manages the entire Supply chain operations and its related activities such as procurement and ordering, handling and distribution, inventory management, supplier’s and customer’s account management, pricing monitoring, billing and invoicing, forecasting and providing timely, accurate and reliable report to the management
· Provide assistance to Sales and Marketing Departments on the monitoring of stocks especially those of near-expiry stocks and promotional stocks
· Communicate to on issues and concerns pertaining to shipments and orders
· Provide assistance in the preparation of documents for Bureau of Customs Renewal and Stocks destruction as needed
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent.
Master’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Business related courses is an advantage
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Operations, General Management and related field is required for this position.
Has Core Competency in Strategic Thinking, Business Planning, Process Documentation and Improvement, Financial Management, Performance Management.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a
fast paced and challenging environment
Proven track record in leading and delivering high impact projects, changes and improvement within the company that drove efficiency
Strong organizational, decision-making and leadership skills, analytical, negotiation and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
