This is for our client based in Alabang.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple clients and/or projects
Initiate and supervise various research projects
Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives
Facilitate effective communication across internal departments by trending and reporting data
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, budgets, and schedules
Establish and improve procedures and processes by addressing issues and risks
Utilize proven employee management solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
Ensure that environmental requirements are met at the federal, state, and local government levels
Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes
Report the status of projects to business and market leaders
Attend client program meetings as needed
Provide technical support to Project Managers
Develop and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records
Perform change order estimating and assists Project Managers in change order negotiations
Coordinate and monitor schedule updates, invoices, and submittals
Guarantee that all work is performed in compliance with best practices and international standards
Requirements:
Master's degree/PhD in Biology, Chemistry or any related discipline
5+ years of progressive management or supervisory experience
IFBA/PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred
Effective data trending, document control, and technical bench skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities
