Perform site inspections, collect and analyze market comparable for exploring acquisition of different types of properties.
Conduct market research, financial analysis and asset valuation for the property market.
Prepare financial assessment, analysis, valuation reports and materials for presentations.
Assist in handling land administration issues and property development related matters.
Monitor the investment project, provide investment strategies and implement process to ensure smooth execution.
Degree or above in Surveying (General Practice) / Real Estate or other property related disciplines.
10-12 years or above experience in property development, valuation and feasibilities studies.
Working exposure in investment agency with good understanding of real estate market.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong analytical, negotiation and management skills.
Presentable, independent, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
