Key Responsibilities:
Play a critical role in the pre-opening process of the restaurant, demonstrating initiative and proactive behavior in preparing the restaurant for a successful launch.
Lead and manage and international team of head chefs, bartenders, and hosts, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and mutual respects.
Oversee day-to-day operations post-launch, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and staff.
Regularly review performance data (financial, sales, and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
Drive the business to increase profits and efficiency
Deliver superior guests services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant international team, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity
Prior experience in the pre-opening phase of a restaurant or similar establishment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field
Experience in Planning and Budgeting
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with high levels of emotional Intelligence (EQ)
Ability to problem-solve, think strategically, and work autonomously
Strong organizational and people skills, ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Guest-oriented and service minded
Additional Information:
The successful candidate will be expected to complete a portion of their training at the Hong Kong branch of Uma Nota to ensure a deep understanding of our brand, culture, and standards.
Compensations:
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of 150,000php - 200,000php, with an additional management incentive based on performance.
