We are in search of a General Manager who is committed to making an impact and will carry full P&L responsibility for our Flavors & Food Colors business in the Philippines.

Reporting to the APAC VP, you will constantly seek the maximization of results and a positive corporate environment by coordinating the activities of the business unit, complying with the goals of the company, increasing business, and improving profitability, always observing ethical and moral values in all the businesses of the company.

You will drive Business Growth - Your strong sales expertise and managerial leadership ability in a manufacturing global setting, will help you achieve revenue and profit targets, and seek profitable business growth by developing and implementing long-range overall business strategies. You will retain and grow Sensient's position within the market place, which includes being the primary representative of the business unit with key customers and prospects in conjunction with the sales and marketing leadership, for which you also need to be fluent in the local language.
You will Lead and Inspire - Your strong leadership and communication are key to develop a highly professional, talented, and winning leadership team by ensuring proper engagement, mentoring, as well as execution and accountability. Direct reposts include Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing & Operations. Your leadership skills along with your organizational commitment, management, coaching and planning, will be critical to make an impact in the organization.
You will boost Innovation- your technical background or experience in specialty products, along with your entrepreneurial orientation, will help you to promote innovation and to encourage the development of new, value-added business opportunities.

Sensient Technologies (Philippines), Inc. is located in Biñan, Laguna. This serves as the company's production, technical and applications, and service center for the dynamic Philippine market for colors and flavors. The site, which is an accredited Silliker Gold standard included stringent procedures and documentation for, but not limited to, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP, includes its own warehouse, office, and applications laboratories.
