Brief Description
General Maintenance staff performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Performs routine maintenance on building systems. Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining electrical utilities of the property.
a. Additional power supply
b. Replacement of lighting
c. Replacement of breaker
d. Replacement of convenience outlet.
e. Others
Maintaining plumbing lines and fixture.
a. Replacement of faucet.
b. Replacement of bidet.
c. Replacement of flush system
d. Replacement of bowl
e. Repair of leaking pipes
f. Others.
Basic carpentry.
a. Dry wall
b. Painting
c. Others.
Building fixtures.
a. Door
b. Windows
c. Gate
d. Others.
Read meter for all utilities.
a. Water meter
b. Electric Meter
Cleaning of common area.
a. Hallway
b. Stairs
c. Putting out of garbage
d. Replacement of trash bags.
Closing of office in the evening
a. Ensure all appliances and electrical equipment is turned off.
Qualifications
The candidate must possess the following:
· Candidate must possess at least a High School graduate with formal training.
· Required language/s: Filipino
· Preferably more than 3 years of experience specialized in building maintenance.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES
Technical Skills:
· Basic electrical knowledge (220V)
· Basic Plumbing
· Basic carpentry
Personal Qualities
· Trustworthy with initiative under minimum supervision.
· Knows how to work with a team.
