Description
Under general supervision, perform a variety of general facility maintenance, grounds duties related to maintaining and repairing buildings, facilities, and grounds as directed by Supervisor.
Responsibility includes driving a company vehicle to fulfill company errands.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to drive a vehicle from one place to another to deliver people or things.
Keep the vehicle clean and maintained at all times.
Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of the building facilities and fixtures including cleaning of AC units.
Perform electrical, masonry and carpentry works
Install air conditioning system and equipment.
Carry out repair works such as replacement of air-con compressor, fan coil motors &, etc.
Recommend appropriate solutions and repair works to customers.
Adhere to all safety precautionary measures.whenever required.
Perform other related tasks deemed necessary by the management.

Minimum education level: Senior high school
Years of experience: 5
