Job Description
The General Ledger Analyst is responsible for the timely, accurate, and thorough recording, analysis, and reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts.
General Ledger Maintenance
Generates a proof list of journal voucher register and Balance Sheet subsidiary ledger.
Reviews and analyzes all proof lists particularly on the proper charging of accounts and subsequently prepares and records adjustment entries to be made on the above-mentioned ledgers
Prepares proforma monthly FS and FS annex schedules. Maintains monthly FS records.
Reviews analysis, reconciliation of Cuenta accounts, and Cuenta billing statements to affiliates/subsidiaries
Prepares all soft copy subsidiary ledgers and general ledger for submission to BIR
Facilitates in providing requirements of both external and internal auditors during the audit engagement.
Qualifications
BS Accounting Graduate, preferably a CPA
Preferably with 1-2 years experience in related work
