JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Closing of accounts as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers
Preparation of all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, as well as the year-end financial reports.
Maintenance of Fixed assets and lapsing schedule
Computation of BIR tax return 1601E, 1604cf, 1604e 1601C, 2550m, 2550q, 1702q
EFPS filing and payment
General Ledger, Price Costing, Expenses, Accruals, Revenue
Bank Reconciliation
Analysis of different areas of the P&L
With background in Payroll computation and deduction
Annualization of BIR reports and year end report
Updated with BIR, SEC and other government regulatory bodies rules and regulation
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate of BS Accountancy with at least 2 years of experience.
Must have the confidence and maturity to communicate effectively with leadership throughout the company.
Must be a self-starter who is able to function under minimal supervision.
