JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage and maintain the general ledger to ensure the integrity of sub-ledgers and trial balances for month end closing
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, cash flow forecast and management report
Oversee AR, AP, costing and FP&A
Plan and monitor annual physical inventory and the monthly cycle count adjustments
Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission
Assist budget & reforecast, financial statement preparation, external audit and statutory filings
Ensure the compliance of company accounting policies, FRS, and regulatory requirements.
Support the ad hoc projects assigned by senior management
JOB REQUIREMENT :
Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
3-5 years full set accounting experience in the manufacturing industry
Knowledge of ERP software, SAP preferred and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Possess good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
