Job Qualifications:
· Must be a graduate of Accounting, Financial Management or Taxation course
· With experience as General Ledger Accountant
· In-depth knowledge of General accounting principles and practices, inventory principles, Audit, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
· Has knowledge and working experience in any accounting software
· Have good coordination and communication skills, be able to independently analyze and solve problem
· Amendable work onsite
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare accounting general ledger and related reports
· Responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet and P&L
· Maintaining general ledgers and books of accounts
· Manage the organization's financial records, including general ledger accounts, budgets, and balance sheets
· Prepares journal entries, processes accounting transactions, and analyzes reports, variances, and balance sheet reconciliation
· Ensures journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, reports, and other accounting transactions adhere to Corporate policy, local statutory & US GAAP standards, and established controls
· Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with established accounting procedures
· Collaborate with other members of the finance team to provide financial information and support to other departments
· Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation
· Evaluates processes and propose improvements for operational efficiency
· Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
