QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Ledger
Ensure proper maintenance of General and Sub-ledger Records.
Reconcile general and sub-ledger accounts (Cash Advances, AR balances, AP balance, credit & debit cards, etc.).
Prepare monthly accruals and amortizations.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Ensure proper maintenance of Fixed Asset Record and Lapsing schedules.
Post monthly depreciation expenses.
Analyze material variances of month to month Financial Statements.
Monitor Other Income.
Prepare and Submit Tax Returns.
Participate in preparing annual budgets.
