Description and Requirements
1. Maintains close coordination to other departments who have requests for asset deployment / retrievals offsite
2. Manages inventory of assets with full coordination with site IT teams.
3. Ensures accuracy, completeness and asset records.
4. Reports to asset accountants on assets receives on sites
5. Affix asset stickers for newly procured & delivered units.
6. Works with all departments involved on securing Farm-in documents with PEZA.
7. All required tasks that arise from the need to manage assets across sites as determined by the finance manager.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
Required skill: Asset Management and/or IT inventory
Applicants must be willing to work in any of the Telus sites depending on the arrangement with Finance Team Leader
Can work under minimal supervision
Required Language(s) English
