JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Effectively manages overall general construction operations and ensures sustainability while consistently adding value to the department strategic proposition in support of the organization direction by effectively managing cost, safety, productivity, quality, accuracy and timeline targets.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
1. Registered Civil Engineer preferably with LEED, BERDE and FM Global standards experience.
2. Twelve (12) years' extensive experience in general construction gained from both horizontal
and vertical projects; five (5) years of which in managerial capacity.
3. Possesses strategic mind set with regards to decision making, driving for results and
relationship building.
4. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate change, motivating employees and getting
leadership buy-in.
