GENERAL AFFAIRS SPECIALIST
 
Job Responsibilities:
Provides overall administrative and personal support to the Office of the General Manager
Oversees general administrative services of the Company including, but not limited to, janitorial, security, and housekeeping services
Liaises with employees, customers, contractors, suppliers and service providers
Acts as the first point of contact for guests, visitors, phone calls and correspondence directed to the General Manager
Organizes business meetings and appointments of the General Manager; controls access to the Executive Office
Arranges travel, visa, transport and accommodation of the General Manager
Consolidates, organizes, and prepares reports, presentations and correspondence of the General Manager
Handles household management for non-medical, in-home support services, including light housekeeping duties (daily tasks, groceries, bills, dogs, etc.), as may be requested by the General Manager from time to time
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must be at least a college undergraduate or vocational course graduate
Has strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Must be flexible, trustworthy, resourceful, and enthusiastic in dealing with people; open to perform tasks outside the office set-up
Good working knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage
