The Role:
We are looking for a General Admin Support who will build lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Replying to clients/internal teams via email
Arranging work order schedules i.e., email and calendar management
Create graphic content for social media postings
Create content calendar for scheduled posts
Assists with to do list and list down what was accomplished.
Coordinating arrangements, meetings, and/or work orders as assigned.
Provide general administrative support.
Answering and making calls to clients and internal departments
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant, General Admin or similar roles
Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
Social media management experience
Calendar management experience
Inbox management experience
Working Conditions:
Work Arrangement: Work at Home/ Office/ Hybrid
Work Schedule: UK Time Zone
