BS.Accountancy (CPA preferred)
• Proven senior accounting experience. Handled supervisory position.
• Atleast 8 years of meaningful experience in General accounting
• Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
• Awareness of business trends
• Experience in financial statements preparation
• Experience in general acctg functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Experience in Tax Filings and Reconciliations
• Have handled both external and internal audits
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Experience in construction industry an advantage
• Computer literate- strong excel skills
