What is this role about?
The role is responsible for providing relevant financial reports in order to ensure the company and the plant's compliance across all applicable agencies.
What will YOU do?
Facilitate capturing of needed information by Head Office Accounting (e.g., information needed for the ERP which should be available before mass production or after the plant commissioning)
Prepare the financial report tailored fit to the CME manufacturing plant, in per batch and on a monthly basis
Prepare the financial performance report with analysis (actual against budget)
Manage the vendor payment and serves as custodian of petty cash (check and balance)
Coordinate with PROC in requesting any supplies needed by the CME manufacturing plant and accomplishes the needed forms
Ensure the company's compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Board of Investments (BOI)
Act as the authorized representative of the CME manufacturing plant to various government departments, agencies, and offices with respect to the permit renewal of the plant's business permit and other regulatory agencies
Identify and evaluate the reasons and issues causing delay or problems in permit renewal and recommends actions to address and/or resolve said issues
What will YOU need?
At least 3 - 4 years of employment experience within the same role - with people management experience as well
Preferably with background working in oil and gas, real estate, and other related industries
Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
